Hi my name is Kirsten, the face behind Tranquility. When my two children were growing up I struggled to find skin care products that didn't irritate their skin. After some research, and my own experimentation, I discovered that goat milk worked wonders on, and and started making goat milk soap for my children and my family.
Life is full of struggles and after an accident I had to close my Equine business and needed a purpose in life so what better way than making things for others, and if I can make you feel relaxed for just a moment then that makes me happy.
SCENTED CANDLES
All our candles are made using natural coconut apricot soy wax, fragrance oils and mica color, our goal is creating candles that make you feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed in any space.
Each product is made with love and hand poured in small batches on our farm.
When you choose a candle think of the room you would like to put it in, smaller candle jars or tins 4-6 ounces will work better for smaller rooms such as a bathroom or laundry area.
Medium candles 8-10 ounces are appropriate for rooms of medium size like a bedroom.
large rooms with high ceiling and high traffic like a living room or kitchen work better with 12 ounces and up.
OUR WAX
With much research, and trial and error, I created a candle that I can burn in my home with confidence.Most mass-produced candles are made with paraffin wax. While paraffin wax has superior scent throw, paraffin is derived from petroleum and is not environmentally friendly or sustainable. While soy wax is becoming more popular and is a cheaper wax option, it doesn't have ideal burn qualities as the wax has difficulty throwing the scent of a candle. The wax that I use for our wood wick candles is a blend of natural coconut and apricot oils. You won't find this type of candle in big box stores! It burns clean, has excellent scent throw, and a creamy white appearance (we do not dye our candles!). Sure, it’s a bit more expensive in comparison to other waxes, but it’s worth it!Every single one of my candles are made in small batches, and hand-poured with love, Our candles are also free of phthalates so you can buy and burn our candles with confidence. Light one up while listening to your favorite music or relaxing with a glass of wine, or however you choose

BODY BUTTERS,BODY SCRUBS AND SOAP
Our massaging soaps, Whipped body scrubs and whipped body butters are made in small batches on our farm using clean ingredients and scented with fragrance oils and mica color powder and organic botanicals.None of our products has been tested on animals and we try and use ingredients that is made from small tribes supporting fair trade.
